MEET CHEF GAVIN AND WIFE RAYLENE
Our chef Gavin has been in the industry for more than 30 years. He has served more than 15 of those years in the army. For most of his career, Gavin has held the position of Head/Executive chef in many of the businesses that he has worked for.
Raylene is our front of house person and also back-up cook for Gavin in the kitchen. She has been involved in the hospitality trade for just about as long as Gavin.
Gavin and Raylene Hancox founded Graze Out Caterers a few years back.
It started out as a hobby and has now grown into a full time operation offering all different kinds of services to clients from all walks of life.
